Valbella Meat is looking to further develop its brand and attract a younger demographic. Working with an art director and photographer, we developed a series of tongue-in-cheek ads that played on the company's Swiss roots.

Each year, we produce an in-house video wishing our community a happy holiday. In 2016, we wanted to expand on our success of creating fun, tongue-in-cheek greetings by creating a website and social media campaign.

This resulted in the Master the Holidays website, a holiday-themed certificate generator that gave users a randomly chosen festive credential.

The video also showcased the outgoing President in a fun video that helped spread the message.

For the public unveiling of the Chiu School of Business, I worked with my colleagues and the school to create an unconventional campaign. Most introductions in North America begin with a handshake, so why not the same for introducing the world to the Chiu School of Business.

Bow Valley College was trying to establish itself as a first-choice for high school students entering post-secondary. They were competing against UofC, Mount Royal, and SAIT for students looking to get into programs with career potential. The College was looking to specifically target Regional Southern Alberta high school students and wanted to speak more colloquially to them in a way that would make the students consider attending school in one of Bow Valley College’s regional campuses.

The campaign was written as a series of “fun facts” about how it’s better to stay at home and attend college.

With a 75 per cent female student population, Bow Valley College wanted more financial ways to support their learners. With many juggling multiple responsibilities of school, a job, and caring for a family, the challenge of getting an education can be an uphill battle.

So in early 2016, we launched a movement called 1000 Women Rising to raise $1,000,000 to help women overcome those barriers to getting an education. So far, half of the goal has been raised by generous donors, and even individual students.

Etch Hair Design is a boutique salon in Calgary's Mission. With a solid foundation of loyal clients, they wanted a stronger, modern web presence that's driven by inspirational photography and compelling content to drives new leads.

To get there, they needed a brand refresher, one that showcases their core strengths of maintaining high-quality service, a down-to-earth vibe, and staying ahead of new styles.

Opening in 2016, I was hired by Mango Mania to develop a brand voice to their new late night takeout restaurant. Together with another strategist, we developed key words and messaging, a persona of who the company is, and who their ideal customers are.
